Dear Pat,

I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude on behalf of my mother and our family for the services that were provided to her in her own home.  It was because of the quality of care that she was afforded by your staff that she was able to remain in her own home for as long as she did.

My Mother is going to be 94 years old and is currently at St. Mary's at Asbury Ridge.  Even though it is a wonderful facility with caring staff, she longs for the day when she can come home.  Home for her may not be her own place any longer but rather my home in the future if we can get to a point where that is feasible.  If that happens, I will be calling your agency to arrange for her 'skilled nursing care' to occur in our home.

I can't end this letter without acknowledging your staff:  Your Home Health Aide whose dedication and caring for my mother were beyond description.  No one could have done a better job, in as wonderful a fashion as she did.  She is one of a kind, we were Blessed and fortunate to have her working with my Mother in her home.

Dear Administrator:

Thank you so very much for the experience of working with your "caring" home care firm. You have a wonderful home health staff who are there when I need them the most. When I had my second surgery, they couldn't wait to come back and care for me.

The Physical Therapist was a wonderful person who turned my dark days into sunshine. She is a wonderful representative and dedicated to her profession. She made my worst days better, and I cannot say enough about her.

My aides were extremely friendly and helpful, as well as positive people. They went over and beyond to help me. One of them also helped with my animals which I greatly appreciated.

Thank you so very much for sending me people who made me feel better.

Dear Jean and Staff,

I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the work your staff did in the particularly challenging case we recently shared.   While there were times where things were quiet and peaceful, there were other episodes that varied greatly from that ideal setting.

Your staff did a wonderful job of de-escalating moments of anxiety, redirecting when appropriate, and calling for additional assistance when needed.  While I did not have the opportunity to meet each one of your caregivers, I believe every one did excellent work.  I did have the opportunity on a number of occasions to interact with Lisa who covered nights.  She was put in some very difficult and somewhat awkward situations which she handled with professionalism and dignity.  Shelly was excellent in redirecting the resident when I was unable.  In addition, she maintained her calmness in the most difficult of situations Tuesday evening and assisted our staff and EMT’s in everyway possible.

You would have been very proud to see your staff at their best.  I would like to commend all of them on their fine job.  I have appreciated working closely with your whole team on this case, and look forward to the continued relationship we will share.
