Jean Sappington . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . President Our President is a lifelong resident of Northwest Pennsylvania. Her background consists of Administration, Sales and Management, and Customer Service, as well as experience in the areas of insurance, real estate, banking, manufacturing, and education. Jean has been responsible for the upstart of 5 firms over a span of 20 years, including Heartfelt. Her goal has been to provide the Erie and surrounding communities with quality service at a fair price, while providing employment to qualified employees with fair rewards. She encourages continuing education and involvement in community activities through her staff and is very active in the daily happenings of her businesses. |

Patti Herrick . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Head Scheduler Patti is our head scheduler with Heartfelt and may very well be the warm, caring voice you hear when calling for services. She brings to Heartfelt a strong background in Customer Service through previous experience in the banking industry and medical facilities. Patti works closely with our patients and their families to develop a schedule that most closely meets with their particular needs. She also works with referral sources, our nursing staff, and human resources. Patti is always available when special attention to a case is required and is happy to provide support to whoever is in need. |
